A Strange Glow in Mia's Garden
It was a quiet evening in Salem, Massachusetts. Little Mia was sitting beside her bedroom window. She was thinking about her magical pumpkin, Pumpky.
After the wonderful Halloween adventure, Pumpky was resting near her bed.
Suddenly, a tiny golden light came from Pumpky.
“Mia! Wake up!” Pumpky whispered.
Mia opened her eyes. “What happened, Pumpky?”
“There is a secret pumpkin garden near the old Salem forest. Its magic is disappearing. We must help before midnight!”
Mia quickly put on her purple sweater and warm boots. She picked up Pumpky, and together they went outside.
The Secret Path
The moon was shining brightly. Yellow leaves covered the ground, and little fireflies danced in the air.
Pumpky began to glow.
“Follow the golden lights,” he said.
Mia followed the lights through a small wooden gate. Behind it was a beautiful garden filled with hundreds of pumpkins.
Some pumpkins were orange. Others were purple, yellow, and even blue!
But something was wrong. All the pumpkins were dark and sad.
A tiny ghost floated toward Mia.
“Hello,” he said softly. “My name is Oliver. The garden's Magic Star has disappeared. Without it, our pumpkins will lose their magic forever!”
“Don't worry,” Mia replied. “We will find it!”
The Little Fairy's Secret
Mia, Pumpky, and Oliver searched behind the trees and under the pumpkin leaves.
Suddenly, they heard a tiny sound.
“Help! Somebody, please help me!”
The voice came from inside a hollow tree.
Mia looked inside and found a little fairy with silver wings. Her name was Luna.
“What happened?” Mia asked.
“I was carrying the Magic Star,” Luna explained. “A strong wind blew it away, and now I cannot find it.”
“Let's search together,” said Mia.
They looked near the flowers, behind the rocks, and beside the little pond.
At last, Pumpky noticed a small golden sparkle under a bush.
“Look! The Magic Star!”
But the star was stuck beneath a heavy branch.
Mia tried to lift the branch, but it was too heavy.
Oliver pushed it. Luna pulled it. Pumpky used his magical light.
Together, they moved the branch and rescued the star!
The Garden Comes Alive
Luna held the Magic Star high in the air.
“Thank you, Mia! You are brave and kind,” she said.
The star began to shine brighter and brighter.
Suddenly, golden lights filled the garden. Every pumpkin started glowing. The flowers opened, and tiny butterflies flew around the trees.
The little ghost Oliver smiled happily.
“Our garden is magical again!”
As a reward, Luna gave Mia a tiny golden pumpkin.
“This is a special gift,” she said. “Whenever you help someone with a kind heart, it will shine.”
Mia hugged Luna and Oliver goodbye.
Then she walked home with Pumpky under the beautiful moon.
A Sweet Surprise
When Mia reached her bedroom, she placed the golden pumpkin beside her bed.
“Today was amazing,” she whispered.
Pumpky smiled. “Remember, Mia, magic becomes stronger when we help others.”
Mia closed her eyes and fell asleep with a happy smile.
Outside her window, the little golden pumpkin glowed softly, filling her room with warm light.
And somewhere in Salem, the secret pumpkin garden shone brightly all night long.

Moral of the Story: Teamwork, kindness, and helping others can make wonderful things happen.
